A company is looking for a Collections Specialist in Finance Transactional Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to manage past due invoices
Monitor accounts and proactively identify overdue payments
Provide daily reports on collection activities and accounts receivable status

Required Qualifications and Education:

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
