Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Transformation to manage cross-functional teams and execute business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team in executing enterprise-level transformation initiatives
Develop and execute business transformation initiatives to address operational inefficiencies
Oversee project life cycles, ensuring successful implementation and resource management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related fields
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Experience in organizational change management preferred
