Chief Financial Officer, North America - USAon is seeking a
Chief Financial Officer for our North America region where you will
be instrumental in providing strategic insight to the region,
cultivating ideas to our new and existing clients to enhance
performance. You will report directly to the Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer and helix to the CEO, North

differentThe Chief Financial Officer will oversee the financial
strategy, analysis, and execution for North America, focusing on
achieving financial excellence. You will lead a team of finance
professionals across the region. Additional responsibilities will
include:
- Working closely with the North America Leadership Team and
senior business leaders, the North American CFO will offer
strategic insight from the perspective of the shareholder, helping
to develop new services and to bring those offerings to new and
existing customers and markets to enhance profitability.
- Evaluate product and client profitability along with the
objective of achieving the appropriate margin and return on
investment. Will develop detailed financial models to support
strategic decision making.
- Proactively driving performance management by ensuring
benchmarks are crafted and converted into key performance
indicators. Defining accountabilities and actions vital to achieve
targets and assure a cohesive set of management reports to monitor
performance on a regular basis.
- Conduct thorough cost analyses to drive efficiency improvements
and expand margins. Additionally, lead financial due diligence and
valuation analysis for potential mergers and acquisitions and
divestitures.
- Deliver timely financial information, including budgeting,
forecasting, and reporting. Additionally, showcase essential
operating performance and efficiency measures that can be measured
against objectives and performance benchmarks, crafting
accountability in a positive and valuable manner.
- Continually assess and recommend optimal investment strategies
to support long-term growth objectives.
- Proficient in identifying business opportunities and offering
financial insights and analysis to support long-term planning and
decision-making. Aligning financial plans with business goals and
objectives.
- Highest levels of professionalism and integrity; always acts in
the best interests of the firm and its clients.Skills and

- Broad functional experience, a strategic and operational
orientation, intellectual strength, and strong teambuilding and
leadership skills.
- Straight-forward, clear, and direct communication style, be
hands-on in both advising and accomplishing work, and be able to
relate to associates at all levels.
- High energy and collaborative personality with sense of urgency
and holds themselves and the organization accountable.
- Excellent analytical, financial and business management skills
with deep understanding of P&L management.
- Consistent track record of high performance, financial,
strategic and operational leadership, Extensive functional
experience in corporate planning, strategy and operations is a
plus.
- Advancing central initiatives, finding opportunities and
inspiring change through creativity, relationship building, and
focused execution.
- Executive presence and influencing skills; ability to
communicate and break down sophisticated ideas into understandable
and actionable measures.
- 15+ years proven experience in a finance, strategy or related

Laws:The salary range for this position (intended for U.S.
applicants) is $275,000 - $350,000 annually. The actual salary will
vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and
abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market
data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's
geographic location.The salary range reflected is based on a
primary work location of Chicago. The actual salary may vary for
applicants in a different geographic location.This position is
eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to
receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and
conditions of the applicable incentive plan.A summary of all the
