• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for several specified units
• BLS - Basic Life Support required for all nursing and tech positions
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support specified requirements
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure outlined
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy certification for Oncology
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring specifics provided
• Several other certifications required or preferred depend on the unit

    • Job Requirements
    • Resource must have 1 year of recent acute care experience in PICU
    • COOK IS A MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY - All resources are required to float at the facilities discretion
      • Schedule Information
      • Full Time, 3 shifts per week
      • Resource must work every other weekend
      • RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive days off
      • No RTO (Requested Time Off) the day prior or after a holiday
      • No RTO on weekends
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Refer to UD/cost center to confirm certifications required per unit
          • Additional Details
          • Government-Issued photo ID required
          • Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam is preferred for ER RN
          • Physical Exam within 12 months start, and updated annually
          • Drug Screen within 30 days of start, and updated annually
