Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements

  Beds: 35 beds; 6 fast track rooms
  # of patients seen per day: 168
  Experience? 3 years ED experience - needs to be in a fast paced facility
  First-time traveler? Upon Review - with strong experience
  Patient Types:
  Neonate to Geriatrics - all ED diagnoses seen
  Heavy Mental Health population
  Invasive Neuro, STEMI requiring Cath Lab - stabilized and shipped out to St. Luke's
  Trauma, include but not limited to: GSW, Stabbings, Falls, MVC
  Patient Ratios:
  Day & Night - 1:4 (acuity based)
  Fast Track - 1:6
  Required Certifications:
  BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
  Skills required
  3 years of ED experience in fast paced ED
  Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, basic knowledge of critical care drips and med administration, NIHSS experience - cannot obtain prior to start, TPA administration, blood administration, procedural sedation, code blue experience
  Triage experience (strongly preferred)
  Shift: 8 or 12 hour 2nd shift; no on-call required. Everyother weekend rotation.
