Job Description:

A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct design workshops to utilize SF Compensation Management
Define and manage compensation plan templates and related settings
Create and manage compensation statement templates and reports

Required Qualifications

Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation Management
Proficiency in configuring compensation plan templates and guidelines
Ability to manage budget calculations for various compensation types
Familiarity with role-based permissions and workflow approvals
Knowledge of compensation reporting and statement generation
