Job Description/Responsibilities:Developer with a good number of certifications who also has social and training skills to encourage and support career growth by being part of a team of developers for Salesforce initiatives in the client environment.The ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 certifications and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience. The individual must possess flexibility and patience to understand individuals from the surrounding neighborhood and have a social understanding of managing these resources.The resource needs to spend 25-30% of their time on training and hand-holding, with 70% or less on development.

• 4-5 SF certifications and 5+ years of SF experience.
• Good customization skills including Apex and LWCs.
• Develop Salesforce business application solutions using configuration and customization with Apex, Visualforce pages, Flows, Aura, and Lightning components.
• Proactive with a solution-providing mindset.
• Stakeholder management skills.Required Skills:Apex, Visualforce pages, Flows, Aura, and Lightning components.
