In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our next-generation advertising marketplace. • Develop and Maintain: Create, optimize, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems that support ad delivery across Expedia Group's ad network.

  • Technical Skills: 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable systems.
  • AdTech Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising technologies such as real-time bidding and programmatic advertising is a nice-to-have but not required.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Expert in Kotlin and Java with hands-on experience in gRPC microservices, Apache Flink, Kafka and AWS.
  • Analytical Approach: Experience working with data-driven systems, including analytics or machine learning, is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle technical challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
