A company is looking for a Financial Litigation Attorney -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the in-house litigation team on various
litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters
Handle complex litigation, brokerage customer subpoena matters, and
pre-dispute claims
Field ad hoc claims from the firm's brokerage business groups
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in financial services litigation for banks
or financial institutions
Experience in a large law firm or in-house legal department
Demonstrated ability to handle and direct document reviews
Active bar license and strong academic credentials from a top-tier
law school
Ability to work independently and effectively with teams in a
fast-paced environment
