As a Matrimonial Law Attorney at our firm, you will engage with
complex cases, support clients in divorce proceedings, and offer

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 plus bonus
potential. The actual salary will be commensurate with the
candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
--- Conduct initial consultations with clients seeking legal advice
on matrimonial and paternity matters.
--- Represent clients in court proceedings related to divorce,
child custody, and spousal support.
--- Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and
settlement agreements.
--- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and precedents to build
strong cases for clients.
--- Provide ongoing legal counsel and guidance to clients
throughout the legal process.
Qualifications:
--- 3 - 5+ years of experience practicing family law, specifically
in matrimonial cases.
--- Licensed attorney in the state of Illinois.
--- Strong understanding of Illinois family law statutes and
regulations.
--- Proven track record of successful case outcomes in matrimonial
disputes.
--- Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
