A company is looking for a Program and Policy Analyst-Advanced
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of
School Safety Resource Center programs
Serve as the main contact for the Office of School Safety Resource
software system, managing data collection and requests
Coordinate operational functions and oversee Resource Center
Analysts, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness
Required Qualifications
Experience in a leadership role, including training and directing
the work of others
Proven ability to analyze and evaluate programs for improvement
Experience working with administrative personnel to solve
programmatic issues
General knowledge of K-12 school operating procedures in
Wisconsin
Experience in crisis management or risk assessment
