help shape key projects across our organization. This is a unique

change. The role entails a high degree of independence in terms of
engaging with partners, structuring work, conducting analysis, and
developing hypotheses and recommendations. This role is ideal for a
self-motivated, intellectually curious problem-solver who performs
well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and isn't afraid to
tackle ambiguous questions.
This individual will directly report to the Vice President of U.S.
Markets Strategy and Planning to support initiatives across the
U.S. business. Through this role, the individual will gain a bird's
eye view of the entire company, which includes multiple businesses,
products, and functions spread across the globe.What You'll
Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or a
related field

to scope and structure work, design and execute quantitative and
qualitative analyses, extract insights, and formulate

ability to establish trust and credibility with partners and
stakeholders and inspire effective collaboration across teams
- Strong communication skills including an exceptional ability to

structure into hypotheses, work streams and key pieces of
analysis
- Strong drive for results combined with solid business judgment
to ensure recommendations can be executed successfully and that
risks are managed
- Low ego team player who approaches all assignments with a
positive attitude and gives maximum effort
- Fortitude to persevere when confronted with challenges and the
creativity to develop alternate approaches
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage
multiple projects concurrently
- Financial services experience a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree in business or
technical field preferredImpact You'll Make:
- Help to build business cases using both qualitative and
quantitative analysis, including analyzing internal and external
data sets, developing scenario-based forecasting models to support
decision-making on potential new products, segments, geographies,
partnerships and acquisitions
- Extract insights from analysis, formulate pragmatic
recommendations, and socialize and pressure-test them with key
stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Drive, track and monitor projects, including partnering with
peers across our matrix to support projects to successful
conclusion
- Develop clear, compelling presentations to share findings and
recommendations with a senior-level audience
- Create ad hoc presentations, documentation or strategic
analysis for the leadership team
- Support activities at the intersection of strategy and
transformation; including, programs related to operating
effectiveness and efficiency, and ensuring major initiatives are
aligned to our enterprise strategy and priorities
- Provide strategic and tactical execution support for leadership
related to decision making, cross-functional alignment, and "moving
the ball forward" across myriad activities across U.S.
business
- Support M&A efforts as needed, from diligence and
integration through to combined strategy development and value

:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 -
$105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects
a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At
TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration
of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's
education, training, work experience, job-related skill set,
location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular,
fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in
TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also
eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on
applicable company guidance and plan documents.TransUnion's
